I recieved a call last week from Florida Passport. They threw their pitch, and I told the lady that I didn't want anything. She kept on and on, but she wouldn't stop. She had my bank account number, routing number, name, phone number, and address. I asked her how she got that information, and she wouldn't answer me. I kept asking, and she said that if I stay on the line, she would tell me. She threw the pitch again, and I kept refusing. She then hung up on me.
On Feb. 3rd 2006 (my son's birthday), I went online to check my bank account, and I was missing $149.00. I have not recieved anything in the mail from these people. Florida Passport wrote an elcetronic check without my permission. I called the phone number on the check, and they had a recording of me. The recording was made without my permission, and it was edited to sound like I actually gave them permission. My husband listened to it, and he couldn't even understand this lady. He even said that I sounded like a robot. I was furious. When I finally did speak to someone there about it, they were rude with me, and refused to give me my money back. I told them that I have not recieved anything, and wanted to know what I supposedly paid for. I explained to her that I told the lady on the phone before that I didn't want ANYTHING they had to offer, due to the fack that I am having a baby any minute. I don't have a job, or the money to pay for anything extra. The lady had the nerve to ask me why I am such a dishonest person.
I went into my banking center, and they saw the check online. Apparently, Florida Passport worte a fake electronic check. Electronic checks are supposed to look like debits, not an actual check. The bank explained to me that this check had the wrong number of digits for the check number. So, the bank gave me my money back and I was advised to close my checking account, and open a new one. I still bank with the same bank, just a different account.

Where do you get off? Oh, wait! You get off on putting down those you steal from. I am not whinning. There is nothing for me to whine about. I have always made my money HONESTLY. I never had to steal it from anyone. I even put myself through school, which you OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T DO, because you are just a telemarketer who steals from people. I sleep just fine, Nomad. I go to bed peacefully knowing that my family is taken care of, and my money is not stolen. I sleep knowing I didn't have to fabricate a fake check using people's account numbers, hoping I had the correct amount of numbers to represent an actual check number. I sleep just fine knowing that I don't work for dishonest people, considering the fact that I work for myself just building computers for people. I only charge them for the price of parts, and hourly labor. I don't make enough money for someone like you to take it without asking. And by the way, I make less than $600.00 a week. It is honest money.

If all you can say is "Fuck You" for point #3, you might want to go to this website (www.m-w.com), and look up new, and more exiting words and phrases to say. Those just don't affect people the way they used to.

Also, they just changed their name again from Agents Travel Network to Travel Agents Direct. The Florida Passport is now called "Floridaway" and the Teleflex calling card is now "PRISM COMMUNICATIONS".

[B]As of February 28th, Agents Travel Network is oficially changed to Travel Agents Direct and most of the phone numbers have changed. They still have the main customer service number which is 1-800-853-9982 and the office number as 727-471-0276.

They are located at 8751 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33771 NOT the address they give you over the phone. The one they give is to the travel agency that supposedly takes care of the free vacation which is another lie. It isn't free at all. The $400 in airline vouchers they offer only cover a small fraction of what the ticket costs. You have to fork over everything else yourself.

Also, the Florida Passport the $149 hotel accomodations to Orlando & Fort Lauderdale (time share program) is now called "Floridaway". The calling card "Teleflex" was changed to "PRISM Communications". It sounds like "prison" when you're selling it over the phone.

These changes were made because like in the past, many people caught on and started complaining. The manager even admitted in a meeting that the change had to be made because every year or so "things" have to look different in order to keep going.

Sorry to say, as a former employee I knew the product was foul after a while. I found out that the discount travel card they send you has to be returned to them otherwise you'll get charged. As for the calling card (Teleflex, Prism etc), if the customer doesn't want it, they have to write a letter which states to deactivate the card otherwise they'll be charged $49.95 anyway. Sadly many were charged before they got the package whether it was the travel, phone card or the hotel accomodations.

The company that owns all these different names including "Capital Vacations" is called, "Suntasia Marketing".

Their website is http://www.suntasia.com. There, you'll find ALL the REAL corporate officers and their agenda. Make NO mistake about it, this company are ONLY geared towards making money NOT promoting a satisfying product.

Sad to say they made $20 million dollars (2004/2005 fiscal year) off of the backs of innocent people. I saw the numbers myself in one of their brochure reports. How long can they go before someone FINALLY puts an end to this charade.

If they have people like you in management, than that speaks for itself. This company can't be anything but a rip-off company to have an individual like you answering replies for them. I received a call from this same so called company tonight. First of all - the guy, RYAN GEE - sounded like he was in a bar room full of drunkened idiots. Maybe the employees have to be drunk to do what they do. Are they all really that stupid to think that the average american would give out their bank account information???? Well, I think that if they had gotten an education and a REAL JOB they would figure that out. Oh yeah, they don't teach foul language in college. That must be a Santasia on the job training course. Course #101 - Cursing and Rudeness - "Be at your best" LOL LOL

Oh yeah, this guy justifies me giving him my account infomation with - You give it out everytime you write a check at the grocery store. OK - so I don't actually get charged unless "I authorize it" - but yeah go ahead - it's ok to give your account number to the drunk on the other end of the phone. DO YOU ALL THINK ALL PEOPLE ARE THAT NAIVE? Maybe some - sorry for them who are out any money. Hope you enjoy lining your pocket at the expense of the weak.
