My fax machine has been moved to a new location for some months now, and I still get these junk fax shitheads trying to fax. Call id's of some in the past month:

514-223-2496
514-223-2493
514-807-8271
514-227-7039
514-807-8297
514-807-8295
514-807-8304
514-807-8311

And there are others. I doubdt that these sleezeballs have that many registered phone numbers, and that perhaps they have a way to fool the call I.D. Just a hunch.

514 is Montreal Canada but I remember a 514 # trying to fax, and when it didn't go through, a Miami # tried a few minutes later. So these numbers may not mean much. I also suspect that they are from stock pumper as those where the most irritating bunch of sons-of-a-bitches that use to fax to my machines.

They just tried to fax again. Twice, 5 minutes appart. One using 514-807-8311, the other 514-223-2495

They probably think that I have their numbers blocked so they keep trying new ones.

I wonder if it's possible to fake/hack the call i.d. number.

I just found out that you can indeed spoof caller I.D., for about .05 a call:

Just want to add another number they use. They just tried to fax from:

514-807-8320

and five minutes later:

514-807-8304

There is no longer a fax machine hooked up to my number so these faxwhores can keep trying all they like. At least I don't have to look at those ugly graphical atrocities that use to make my poor fax machine gag with disdain.
