The caller ID displays "TOLL FREE CALL"
from the phone number 866 516 6333
The message says they are offering free local and long distance phone service. Then they tell you to press 8 to be removed from their list or press 9 to be redirected to an operator. Does anyone know more information about this and what happens if you press 8 or press 9?
